Night of the Living Dead (1968)

Night of the Living Dead is /the/ quintessential film that started the Zombie movie craze.

George Romero made this little gem on a shoestring budget, but it broke different barriers in the horror genre and scared hundreds of people.

It starts off slow, it’s black and white, and the acting is a bit overdramatic and quite hilarious at times, but it starts to pick up after a while.

From then on, the tension starts to rise and the zombies start coming out of the woodwork, with a dramatic conclusion that makes you go “oh my god”.

I highly suggest you see this movie, whether you’re a horror guru or a newbie.
